The Home Office has put forward modifications to the UK's EU Settlement Scheme to move as many pre-settled status holders to settled status without requiring them to submit new applications.

THE UK YOUTH MOBILITY SCHEME VISA 2025 BALLOT OPENS AT 12:01AM ON TUESDAY, 4 FEBRUARY 2025, AND CLOSES AT 12:01AM ON THURSDAY, 6 FEBRUARY 2025.

Eligible applicants can apply for a Youth Mobility Scheme visa if they want to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years.

Get information on eVisas and why you need one. UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) are developing a digital immigration system. This means they are replacing physical documents with an online record of your immigration status. This is known as an eVisa.

WILL LABOUR KEEP THE MINIMUM INCOME FOR VISA?

Previous Secretary of State for the Home Office, said that the increase will be phased in and the Minimum Income Threshold, MIR will initially be increased to £29,000 in Spring 2024 rather than £38,700.
