Generally, if you are entitled to make an immigration
application, you have a
right
to start your application process under the relevant
"Immigration Rules".
However, your application success will depend on
two major grounds:-
-
WITNESS STATEMENTS:-
(This is usually any information supplied on your
application form)
-
CORROBORATED DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE: -
(This is any
third party
or an
independent document in your possession which supports your witness statement on
your application form. The document required of you
is case specific; therefore, you should always check
your supporting documents
for
precision
in accordance with the immigration laws with an
authorised immigration advisor.
You should always aim to provide supporting
documents which strengthens relevant
weakness
in your case.
PRACTICAL POINT OF VIEW: - Higher numbers of applications made to
ECO and
UKVI were being refused due to lack of
relevant documentary evidence which
corroborate the applicant's claim. Always get advice from a qualified
immigration adviser that is authorised to provide
immigration advice and services.
-
NOTE:-
That you may be able to receive free legal
advice and services from your Law Centre or Citizen
Advice Bureau,
-
That, UKVI /Home Office Customer
Service do not provide
specific immigration advice. However, they may be able to give
you
non-specific guidance on your chosen immigration
application.
-
That, it is better to get things right
in the first instance. An appeal will cost you more
than normal application.
